Stunning double bedroom in Robin Hood village

The house is a stunning 3 bedroom home over 3 floors. Spacious lounge and kitchen dining room with patio doors leading out to the garden. 2 further bedrooms, one of which could be used as an office (although currently as a store room), and family bathroom on the first floor. A top floor spacious master bedroom completes the accommodation.

The front double bedroom on the first floor is available for a lodger. It is fully furnished with:
• Double bed with a memory foam mattress
• Decent sized corner desk
• Large beanbag that begs for one to collapse into
• Medium sized wardrobe

The garden is currently a simple lawn but I am considering landscaping options which a lodger would be welcome to help with. There are two parking spaces, of which I use one and I will be building a shed for bike and garden storage in early April.
The house is 2 minute walk from Leeds Rd. which is a main link road between Leeds and Wakefield. By bus we are only 25 minutes from either city centre and by car a mere 15 minutes only.

I typically work from 9-5 Monday to Friday and when at home I can spend a considerable amount of time cooking in the kitchen. My weekends are quite chilled out and I typically spend as much of it outdoors as possible. I will sometimes go for a game of golf on a saturday morning. I spend most of my Sundays in York with friends at church.
