En-Suite double room in converted church flatshare

Beautiful duplex apartment in converted church, located in popular area of Low Moor.

The apartment features an open plan ground floor (fully furnished with fridge, freezer, washer, dining table, sofas, tv & more). The kitchen is very large, with new oven, gas stove and built in microwave. We have the old wooden table and pew from the church as a dining table and the whole apartment has the original pillars and stonework.

On the second floor there are three rooms. The room available for let features a gorgeous stained glass window. It is unfurnished though if you have any concerns, please contact me and I'll see what I can do. There is also an en-suite bathroom in the bedroom- complete with shower, toilet and hanging storage area.

Currently there is just me in my flat, though a friend will be in the middle room until 20th December. Following this, I will be hoping to acquire a third housemate if agreeable with both the successful new tenant and I in order to reduce costs.

I am looking for someone who loves (or at least tolerates) animals. I have a cat, two rats and a pygmy hegdehog.

I have no requirements regarding working/student status other than that you are able to pay for at least 6 months in the apartment (not upfront, of course).

This apartment would be especially ideal for a postgrad student or nights worker as I am out 8-5: 30 each day, though I have no problems with someone with similar working patterns.

Preferably no parties, though this can be discussed.

We have a private carpark with CCTV, and the whole building is surrounded by CCTV which can be viewed in the entrance hall outside my flat.

The landlord is great- absolutely no problems and fixes things very quickly. All the neighbours in the surrounding three flats are lovely and friendly.

Current cost is £395pcm, which will be reduced to £300 when a third housemate is found (hopefully in time for January?). This does not include bills, though I am happy to work out an all inclusive price which would cover tax, gas, electric, tv license, water and internet.
