My property is situated within quick access to the M62, M621 and M1 motorways, it is within walking distance to local supermarkets and town. It is a bus ride away from Leeds City Centre and a five minute drive to the White Rose Centre.

Street car-parking outside my home is available.

I live a five minute drive from Morley train station with a direct 9 minute train journey into Leeds which runs every half an hour. Parking at the station is free.

You will have use of a very comfortable, spacious living/dining room.

You will have use of an average size kitchen and all the various appliances that you would expect to find within a kitchen.

You will have use of an average size bathroom/shower.

You will have use of both front and rear garden areas; rear garden is surrounded by a 6 ft fence making the garden private and is spacious and completely paved. The front garden is turfed and is open planned.

Who would I like to take my room?

I keep my home clean and am looking for someone who is willing to respect this by keeping their room in a clean and tidy condition, whilst at the same time feeling comfortable with their surroundings.

The person wanting to take my room would be willing to share the cleaning of the lounge, kitchen and bathroom on a fortnightly basis.

I am friendly, sociable and approachable and I would like someone who is the same way inclined around my house.
