I am renting out a double room within my home.
It is in a quiet village location away but literally 10 mins to the Centre of Leeds!
It has all mod cons, large living room and conservatory with SKY + tv etc. There is parking on the drive for 2/3 cars.
I would like a housemate who would treat it like a 'home' and not just 'renting a room!'
Although my house is literally 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre it is still near the Countryside and there are great walks around!
Close to all major motorways (M1, M62, M621).
There is a local pub and shop very close by so you wouldn't be struggling for much :)
The price can be negotiable for the right person.
