Quiet location , 10 mins to c centre and motorways

Large furnished double bedroom ,Two separate downstairs rooms , one with French doors onto large garden . Garage and off street parking , on main bus routes and only 10 mins drive to main motorways I have one very old. Non shedding dog who sleeps 22 hours a day 😃 and a old cat .
I am looking for a roommate that is mature , professional Is social but is also likes there own space .

I work f/t and spend wk ends out and about , my partying days are over , been there and done it 😁, do like a glass of wine while watching the soaps
