Lovely home in Havercroft - must like dogs!

I’m a live in landlord and have a 1 year old dog (a spaniel/poodle mix), so please only get in touch if you love dogs! He’s very friendly and loves walks, fetch and cuddles on the sofa.

All furniture is as seen, except the bed which will be upgraded to an Ottoman (although I’m happy for you to bring your own furniture if you wish).

Currently, I work from home a couple of days a week and then a friend works from here whilst I’m at the office (to keep the dog company). Happy to consider all professionals, including someone that also WFH a few days a week - there’s a desk and chair set up in the bedroom, however there is also a separate office space which could potentially be used by you as well.

There is a large rear garden which gets lots of sun and also off street parking to the front of the house.

We’re a 5 minute drive to Fitzwilliam station with regular trains from there to Leeds/Wakefield/Doncaster, etc. There is a convenience shop across the road and supermarkets in nearby Royston or Hemsworth. There are tons of lovely walks from the village and great pubs in the surrounding villages of Ackworth, Walton and Newmillerdam.

I’m sociable, outgoing and work in the creative arts and looking for someone similar to share a house with. A cleaner will come once a fortnight, but it’d be great if you’re also clean and tidy and of course happy to be around dogs.

Would consider Monday-Friday lets, at an amended rate.
