I have two rooms. Both rooms are furnished with a double
bed, tv and hanging space. I live in the house so any guests will have my availability. It is a shared bathroom, living room and Kitchen area's. I am a professional working in Leeds full time. When I come home I like a quite house to relax, read, watch a little tv and sometimes have friends to eat. Ideally I would like to let the rooms to someone with a similar outlook on life as I am very busy person and enjoy peace and quiet when I come home. Although there are occaisions I enjoy celebrations I am looking for a relaxed, busy, quietish people to let the rooms to on a shirt term basis only. Rooms are £20 per night plus an addition person is £10. So if you are a couple it is £30 per night. On road parking, 3 miles from
Bradford city centre,
university and a range of restaurants catering for all tastes, and access to motorways. I have A small dog, a cat and fish.
