The flat is very spacious, with a large kitchen/dinning area, and a large partitioned living room.
As a flat mate, I am often very busy on evenings and weekends. So, you would have lots of time (and space) to yourself. When I am in, I like to relax, watch a film, or catch up with work in my room.
