The apartment is very modern. I am looking to rent a room for £350 per month to include all bills.
The apartment is furnished, complete with broadband, sky tv in the front room, washer/dryer, shower/bath.
I spend a lot of time out of the house working or at the gym, and only have friends over once per week. I also do a degree so im out at college one night per week. I work 9-5.
The room for rent does not have a bed, this is the only thing that will need to be provided by the tenant.
