I'm a live in landlord, looking for a lodger to live with me and two friends. Our ages range from 25-30. The house is in Thorpe, south Leeds, close to the M1/M62 motorways for easy commuting.
The room is a large double, with 3x built in double wardrobes, furnished and available now, ideally for minimum of 12 months, but would accept 6months. Shared Kitchen/Living room/Bathroom.
The room is £325 pcm including bills. We have Sky TV and fibre internet. There is on street parking, small patio/outdoor space to the rear.
We have a little pug, who is very well behaved so it would be perfect for a dog lover :)
