1 large double bedroom

hello, I am currently looking for someone to flat share with, I have 1 double bedroom available, it is unfurnished, the rest of the flat is furnished and decorated nicely if I do say so myself :) its got a homely feel to it. Theres a large livingroom /dining area, big kitchen which leads onto a balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Your will need decorating so feel free to put your own stamp on it!
You will have to apply through the letting agent, reference checks etc so there will be a small cost there. There is supposed to be a deposit but I paid it when I moved in, obviously I will need half of it back but I'm happy to wait for that, can even agree it on a monthly basis, something that suits us both. The cost of room is separate to bills. Room and bills are roughly between £370/ £400 each pcm.

A bit about me, im charlotte, I'm 26 nearly 27, a bubbly friendly person, enjoy spending time with people but equally enjoy my own space, I work in care so like to think I'm a pretty careing person. Would like to share with someone I could be friends with. I want to make friends not just have a flat 'buddy'.
