Double Room available - full time or Mon-Fri

Double room to rent in my house. I currently live on my own since my Sister moved out so have a double room available. The house is a large 3 bed terrace with a loft conversion so plenty of space.

The room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe space and shelving plus a dressing table/desk.

There is a shared bathroom but I stay at my boyfriends at least one night a week and tend use the gym some mornings before work so don't usually find it much of an issue to share.

I park on the road at the front of the house but there is off road parking at the back too.

The rent includes all bills and I have broadband/sky. The advertised rent is based on a single person resting full time and would be variable if there were more than one person or a Monday-Friday let etc.

I'm looking for someone who I will get on well with as this is my home and I want it to still feel comfortable and homely. I have a cat but she is pretty timid so hides most of the time and stays in my room or the loft!

I'm an accountant and work in Harrogate, I go to the gym regularly so I am out and about through the week and spend most weekends with my boyfriend. I love cooking and otherwise spend my evenings just relaxing at home. I'm friendly and lid back and generally easy to get on with and I'm hoping to live with someone similar who is considerate and respectful of their home.
