Double room available in a spacious, upmarket, 3 bedroom home. Located in the urban village of Wibsey, approx 1. 5 miles to the M606, and also on multiple bus routes. .

The house comprises of 2 communal living areas, well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a large driveway & garage. There are also lovely flower gardens and a patio area.

Included in the rent: double room, off-road parking, broadband, sky tv, most bills. Contents insurance and catering are not included.

7 days a week, and also Mon-Fri lodgers are welcome, as are mature students and anyone in gainful employment.

A bit about me: I'm a retired nurse. I do however still work, my main job being a marker for student assignments. I'm friendly, amenable and enjoy helping others, especially at church where I like to get involved in various events. I also enjoy eating out with friends, reading, cooking, and activities such as reading and craft.
The actual rent varies dependant on each individuals circumstances.

Visits are most welcome and encouraged.

The room is fully furnished, but there is no issue with house mates bringing their own furniture. The lodgers room needs a new coat of paint but I am waiting so as to consult with them on a colour scheme.
