Hi,

I have a fully furnished double room in a semi-detached house in Wortley. There's a front and back garden. The room has double bed, wardrobe, bed side table and 2 chests of drawers.

The house is modern and comfortable, I've lived here for 5 years and have been slowly doing it up. There is a joint living/dining room with table. Brand new kitchen with mod cons.

I'm pretty easy going but I do like everywhere to be clean and tidy. I work hard during the week so this definitely isn't a party house!

The room is available for short term lets. I've been letting it out for over a year on a short term basis so I'm used to having someone around. Even if you just need somewhere whilst you find a more permeant place, get in touch.
