Room in Shared House

Large, light and airy double room to let in Bradford on Avon.  A comfortable terraced house situated just off the Trowbridge Road in a quiet estate with the train station a 12 minute walk and the nearest bus stop a 2 minute walk.  There is free, off-street parking.   Picturesque Bradford on Avon is just 8 miles from Bath and an easy commute by train to Bristol or London.

It is a homely, comfortably furnished house, artistically and eclectically decorated and with wooden and tiled floors.  Accommodation consists of the large double room and shared kitchen/diner, sitting room, bathroom and small guest bedroom.  There’s gas central heating and wifi.  The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, chair and two bedside cabinets.

The house would suit a sociable, working person in their 30s or early 40s. 
Boyfriends / girlfriends are welcome to stay at weekends.  A gardener would be a bonus as it is not my strong point – and work done in the garden can be offset against rent.  The house is lived-in but clean and tidy – I’m keen to discuss sharing the cost of a cleaner to keep it that way for both of us.   

Price includes rent and all bills except landline costs.
