Welcome to my flat! I currently own this flat but live away due to work relocation. This is my 2 bed flat in a beautiful and quite neighbourhood. Very close to town and the train station.

The property has 2 bedrooms with each room having it's own bathroom. The kitchen and the living room are shared with another professional.
Living room has 55' TV with an open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with plenty of storage.
The price includes the Bills.

I'm currently looking for a new professional tenant. The other room is occupied by a male professional who is very friendly, organised, and a pleasure to live with.
Ideally it would be brilliant to have someone in their late 20's or older who is friendly, responsible, and doesn't smoke to share the flat with.
