"Female Preferred" Roommate

Hi my names Harriet I'm looking preferably for a female roommate. I have a double room in my flat available at £450 a month. All bills included.

The room is fully furnished with a small double, drawers under the bed, a desk, a wardrobe and 2 sets of small bedside drawers. Unfortunately you cannot bring your own bed.

I am the landlord but you will have a second contact in case I'm not there.

The flat is based in a quiet estate next to the train line, it's an 8 minute walk to the station and about a 15 minute walk into town which has a large Tesco's & clothes shops. There's a leisure centre 5 minutes away with a gym and pool and 2 other gyms close by without a pool.
There's a parking space outside the flat which you can use as I don't have a car.

About me, I'm 30, and work for a mortgage brokers. I work 9-5. 30 5 days a week in bath so I'll be home between 6 and 7I'm quite sociable and love to sit in front of the tv with a cuppa and have a chat. I do like my peace and quiet so there are times where I'll watch Netflix in my room. Dont let my age put you off, i like to go out for drinks with friends and definitely don't act my age! I also love to travel.
