Double bedroom with weekend only landlord

Double bedroom available in a fully furnished three bedroom house near to the town centre. I work away during the week so will only be in the house Friday to Sunday on most but not all weekends. You would effectively have the entire house to yourself most of the time.

I have only recently bought the house so the room itself is currently unfurnished, however I am more than willing to furnish it before anyone moves in if they would prefer. Outside there is a carport with space for two cars (I will have mine there at the weekends only). The Wi-Fi and all bills are included.

I would consider well behaved pets, although depending on their size/type I might charge a small surplus to cover wear and tear etc.

Ideally I am looking for a professional non-smoker. Somebody I can get on with and have a laugh with. Somebody who respects the things in the flat and keeps everything tidy. I'm happy for partners or friends to come over as long as there's not too much noise or I know in advance.

Alternatively if you are looking for somewhere to stay for five days a week, this could be ideal.
