5 Bed Semi Detached House with Conservitory

Hi and welcome to my home. I only have OCCUPANTS MONDAY TO FRIDAY. 2 rooms are available for nice professional person from Feb 2017.
I live on my own with no pets and this is a cosy, clean, secure, bright, friendly and well presented 5 bed semi detached house in a cul-de-sac with space for my car and 1 guest. Other parking is available on the road. In the house is 2 bathrooms (1 Shower room with wc, sink and bathroom with wc and sink), down stairs cloak rm with wc and sink. A large kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. There is a utility room with sink and washing machine, a dining room, A lounge with TV and BT box (BT Sport),Bedrooms; have 1 small double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside tables with TV points and a single bedroom with wardrobe and tv point. There is also free BT Wifi for you to log in. Access to a large garden patio area and summerhouse.
Close by, 2 miles is Chippenham Railway Stn. 20 minute walk into town with Coffee shops, banks, Indian and other restaurants and pubs including shops. There is also a Leisure centre with swimming pool, squash and gym facilities. Locally, 5-7 minutes walk is a Sizzling Pub, Tesco Extra, Chemist and Chinese takeaway.

I am Dave, live on my own and work some 50 miles away. I keep active cycling, playing squash and travel on holidays in my Motor Home. I like to relax and have a glass of red.
I am easy going and like to keep a clean and tidy house (Not OCD !)
There is no contract, No bills, first payment as a deposit and no long term commitment required.

I want to see a nice professional person staying in my house with a pleasant personality, honest and decent who has a family and home of their own to spend at weekends. I have no endless rules, but expect you to keep the place clean, tidy and secure and be quiet after 10 pm. My house must be left secure and all doors and windows are to be locked and any not found secure, then I may ask you to leave.

Your rooms will be cleaned and bedding changed on weekends.
