I am looking for the right housemate rather than just letting to anybody. I have a friendly and very sweet 15 year old daughter who is here half the time, so a female housemate is essential. Non smoker preferred. Pets are a possibility, depends what you have. I have one way too friendly cat, who loves attention.
I'm quite green, recycle a lot, like to cook and am generally tidy, I would be looking for someone similar. The house is quite a quiet house so I'm not looking for anyone too noisy. Someone spiritual (not in a religious sense) would be awesome!
