King-sized bed with luxury memory foam mattress and egyptian cotton sheets. Good size wardrobe, dressing table and stool and two bedside cabinets with bedside lamps. Sky light providing additional lighting.

Bathroom
Newly redecorated with power shower, toilet and lighted mirror over hand basin.

Lounge
Lounge with 2 sofas (1 sofa bed), period dresser and TV.

Kitchenette with fridge, sink and cupboard space. Microwave and kettle provided. Please note there is no oven or hob.

Ironing board, washing machine and central heating

Monthly fee includes some electricity but you should budget for additional expense if you require 24 hour heating during winter months.

There is WiFi but out in the country so not particularly fast. Good mobile signal.

Weekends by arrangement.
