I'm Charley, full time masters student at the University of Bath. My current flatmate's course finishes in June, so I'm looking for someone else to share the rent, the bills and the space. Flat is in walking distance of Bath Spa's postgraduate centre and 20/30 minute drive to the University of Bath. I'm easy going as long as you're happy to live with cats. I work in addition to study, so out quite a lot. Flat has a large lounge, decent kitchen and bathroom, large double bedroom. Bills are roughly £12 a week excluding council tax. Prefer postgraduate student or easy-going professional.
My landlord will probably require credit checks and references.
