We have an ensuite bedroom to rent in our house. We are going to be in Australia so you will have the house to yourself!

My husband might need to pop back on a couple of work trips for a few days at a time but other than that we won't be there. We will tidy our possessions away and leave the furniture for your use. Along with the sitting room, kitchen/diner, south facing beautiful garden. You may also have the use of a spare bedroom with a sofa bed in if you ever need a guest to stay.

So an amazing deal. The house to yourself for the price of a room!!

We will include electricity and water but ask you to pay gas and a contribution towards the council tax.

We are happy to consider a couple. We can give you a six month minimum contract and then a month by month rolling one.
