The rooms are upstairs, they have double beds for a single person,

The bathroom is not en suit but is basically seldom used by other people (one other tenant) Has newish WC and hand basin, bath with electric shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the Utility room is also equipped with washing / drying (machines). The kitchen usage will NOT be used for highly spiced Indian style meals. Due to allergy.

The broadband is fast fiber optic with WiFi to all rooms for computer, TV Etc.

Parking is off road in our front driveway for cars. No large vans please!

Excellent Bus service, bus stops placed a minutes walk away to Swindon or Trowbridge. Devizes has plenty of supermarkets and dozens of small general interesting shops and is nice old style country buildings with many very new health, swimming & sporting clubs.

There are lots of Industrial estates mostly newly built; often looking for staff.
We (landlords) prefer week day ocuipied i. e away at weekends, full daytime employment.

Asking only £95 per week with £250 security deposit. Don’t forget 2 suitable references.
