Very spacious room and private shower room on top floor of new town house. There is also an option to have a second room also located on the top floor which can provide a lounge/living area. The property is situated in a delightful quiet residential area. I live alone and have my two children to stay occasionally. I work part time and generally like the house to be quiet. Downton is a lovely village offering a few local shops, three pubs, a small leisure centre and other amenities such as a post office and hairdressers. Downton is on the edge of the New forest, Salisbury is a 15 min drive away, Southampton/M27 is approx 25 mins drive. Porton Down is approx 25 min drive. There is a good bus service into Salisbury and Ringwood/Bournemouth
