Bus services are just across the road, as is one of the local pubs. Close to Stonehenge and old Sarum castle. 20 minute drive to Salisbury city centre (or 40 minutes by bus). As for me, I work evenings till midnight at a bar on the local military camp, as well as working as a youtuber which is what my office has been for. I'm a university graduate in 3D game development and I'm starting to work on projects that require me to have an off properly working space hence the office move, so I'll spend some time during the day there before going to work in the evening. As I am also renting the properly from a family friend, all payments will from you will go through me to send to them, we will have a sublet contract.
