A single box room in a friendly house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Rudloe. The house is walking distance from MOD Corsham and on the bus route from Bath to Chippenham (231). From here it is easily commutable to Corsham, Chippenham, Bath, Melksham, Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge.

The room would suit someone who is working in the area and needs somewhere to base themselves from Monday to Friday. It works out cheaper than a B&B! It comes with a bed, a lamp, shelving on the wall, a bedside cabinet and a big drawer under the bed. More shelving can be added if needed.

We have BT Vision, wifi, a communal kitchen, lounge, toilet and a garden with a shed. There's plentiful on street parking. The house is clean, tidy and double glazed. We have one cat who is very friendly.

We're a sociable household, when we're in. However we are out quite a bit so this room would suit someone who's happy chatting and getting involved but also enjoys their own company too.
