I am willing to negotiate the rent for the right person and the garage is offered at an additional £75 per month if required.
I am looking for a friendly female professional ideally Monday to Friday who is co-operative and an easy house guest. I will consider Mon to Sun for the right person.
In return, I offer a quiet, calm and happy home which I share with my 17 year old daughter who is very sweet and mature for her age. We live in a respectable neighbourhood 10 minutes drive from the town centre.
We have a happy and relaxed home and would welcome a like-minded and easy-going friendly female.
