Use of large Garden and Swimming Pool (weather permitting) Ample parking. Clean tidy and warm, fresh bedding provided ( not towels)
Monday to Friday Only no smoking Moderate drinkers or teetotal preferred. Drivers may be better suited as there is limited public transport into Salisbury. Animal lover is a must, I have a super friendly dog and a cat (he is outside most of the time)
Quiet house with good access to Porton Down Research (10 mins away on same road) VERY HANDY FOR Boscombe Down, Middle Wallop etc
Village shop, takeaway in the village and restaurant in pub/hotel 2 mins walk.
4 weeks deposit is required 400.00 plus first week rent Short term less than 4 weeks will be 125.00 a week
