Hi,

I'm looking to rent out two of the upstairs rooms in my house at sp29hf, as a self contained flat, with your own toilet but the shower/bath is shared in the upstairs bathroom.

The cul de sac is quiet and there's shops & bus routes nearby, town/trains are 30 mins walking.
Ample driveway parking for anything up to and inc a pick up.
250mb wifi.
The rooms are furnished but you're free to use/store anything.
I will consider self contained small pets (not cats or dogs).
The house is no smoking.
Small front & rear gardens .
All bills inc.
Equal cleaning of all shared spaces.
Please note I do run a street food company from my house.
