Single room has ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, basin & wc.​ ​Myself and other house mate use separate shower room & wc.​

Furniture available in room:​ Single bed, bedside cabinet, canvas wardrobe, TV table, wooden venetian blinds & curtains.

House: 3 bedrooms over 3 floors - late 60's town house at top of Milford Hill area. Less than 10 minute walk from town.

Situated in lovely quiet area - no through road. On street parking nearby.

Shared areas: Lounge/diner, large kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine, small tumble drier, fridge & freezer.

Use of BT Youview box & unlimited broadband included.

​Private enclosed garden - patio furniture available to use.​ Garage available to store ​a ​bike only.

The house is furnished with my furniture and crockery etc which you would be welcome to use.

I'm looking for clean and tidy professionals who have house​-shared before. If you are an exceptionally tidy student then do get in touch.

We ​use​ a fair weekly cleaning rota to keep on top of things.
