The bathroom, kitchen & living room (with Sky+) are shared. There will be a TV in the bedroom with freeview & DVD. The tenant will be welcome to use the kitchen & living room. I will expect the tenant to keep my place clean, tidy and be respectful.
I am very easy going, respectful and up for a laugh. My flat is a nice size coach house, detached with garages underneath. There is a small garden if you want to use it. Nice area, short journey (5-10min drive, 40mins walk) to city centre.
The main priority is that the tenant gets on with my very friendly border collie dog called Molly. She will sometimes be there when I'm not.
