A deposit of one months rent will be required and will be held in the DPS.

There is a garage but with limited space but room for a bicycle to be stored. There is also a driveway or parking on street within cul-de-sac.

The occupant must be happy with living in a family environment and be happy with dogs as the family have two.

A student is preferred but a professional would also be considered.

If a student wanted to secure room but wouldn't be moving in until September they will be required to pay 50% of rent during the empty months.
