We are looking for a new housemate to join our household. We are currently living in a three storey, four bedroom house which is located on the new build section in Old Sarum.

The room we have for rent is on the top floor and you would have use of a shared wardrobe/clothes room and an ensuite shower and toilet. The room itself is a lovely double sized room. The only furnishings available in the room is a curtain pole and curtains.

There is a toilet on every floor, a shower on the first floor and a bath on the top floor. There is shared used of the living room etc. We are a very easy going household and try to share every amenity fairly between all housemates. We do have cats so an animal lover is a must as they are very friendly. Shared used of garage for storage etc and there is plenty of off road parking.

The £450 pcm includes rent, council tax, water, gas, electricity, sky tv, broadband and contents insurance.

We would prefer a professional female. You may smoke but insist this is done outside.

PLEASE NOTE. The pictures used is not our house but it is exactly the same. The floor plan is correct in terms of the sizes but is the opposite way round, i. e. downstairs the kitchen is on your right as you enter the house and the bathroom on the left. The garage is situated behind the house as oppose to the side.
