Spacious double room ensuite in large airy Victorian house that was a bed and breakfast for 30 years. The room overlooks the garden at the side of the house, so very quiet. Best suited for single occupancy for business professional and would suit a contractor Monday to Friday. Walking distance to city centre and convenient for all public transport. Shared kitchen in the evening and garden if the weather is nice enough to sit out in!
The room is available for Monday to Friday but rent covers the whole week and you can leave all your personal belongings in the room. I prefer to have the house empty at the weekends.
The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every weekend, towels changed every week and sheets every two weeks.
I ask tenants to sign a rental agreement and show ID and greatly appreciate general standards of tidiness.
