Double and single bedroom 3 miles from town centre

My 3 bedroom terraced house (2 double and 1 single bedroom) has a bathroom (bath/shower and toilet) and an additional toilet. There is a very small open-plan lawn at the front of the house and a patio area at the back, with a clothes line. There is also ample off-road parking. The property will be empty on 17th September and furnished straight after. Pre-warning will be required if applicants have own furniture. There is a kitchen/dining room with small table, and a large communal living room/lounge. Couples are welcomed to rent the double bedroom but @ £130 a week. Proof of I. D. will be required. There will be Wi-Fi internet available and FreeView TV (at least). It is 3 miles from town centre in a quiet close. I will be occupying one of the double bedrooms whilst the single and double room will be rented by lodgers. On the 20th September the house will be furnished but maybe not completely. Within a week or two the house should be complete. I will update this add when this changes.
