Double Room

Hi

I have a spare double room to let to a professional male .You will have shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden facilities.

I am quite a spiritual ( small 's'), cultured and sporty professional female homeowner. I'm into health and fitness. I love the Great Outdoors, kayaking ,sailing, mountain biking , and Holistic Massage Therapy. If you love your sports there's plenty of room and secure storage for any of your sports kit & equipment!

It would be nice to share with someone who is funny, thoughtful , sociable, family oriented, cultured and well travelled like me so we will have a lot to chat about.

The house is Victorian so the room is larger than average, and overlooks the garden. If you like to dabble in gardening and a bit of DIY but miss having your own home to do it in, you could indulge those hobbies to your hearts delight as I struggle with both !

I have my own study/living room in addition to the shared living room so we would not be tripping over each other after a hard's day work, and can be as sociable or quiet as we may each want.
