Friendly Professional Cosy Houseshare

I've recently had to move back to London with work so am looking for some to rent the single room in my home in Salisbury. There's 3 others in the house, all lovely, easy going, friendly, tidy professionals, and it'd be great to find another female to share with them.

They're a sociable bunch and enjoy the occasional drink, going out for meals/pub, cinema, baking club, gym, generally interesting, tidy types but equally enjoy their own space etc.

I have completely refitted the house, with brand new central heating, rewired, redecorated, updated kitchen etc. The rooms are fully furnished with quality new furniture (see photos). There's a good sized sitting room and tidy garden. The windows are new double glazed, so it's warm, cosy, well presented.

I've just had the bathroom completely refitted also, so it really is in great condition and a comfortable home.

The cost is £280 PCM rent plus £80 towards all bills, i. e. you pay a single monthly payment of £360 all inc by standing order to house account each month. Bills include everything i. e. gas, water, elec, ultra-fast broadband, tv, council tax.

The house is really well connected with the main bus stop immediately outside and frequent buses to city centre and district hospital. The train station is a short walk and there's unrestricted parking outside.
