I am looking for a mature and friendly person to share my home. My son lives here some of the time and when he is here you would share the bathroom with him.
The room has a double bed and plenty of storage and overlooks our sunny garden. The separate loo and bathroom are adjacent and are on the first floor of a three storey town house. The room was decorated very recently so is in good order.
We have an eccentric but friendly cat.
You will have use of the large and well equipped kitchen and washing machine.
You can easily walk to town or the train station in 10 to 15 minutes and we are on a bus route with street parking.
