1month rolling contract in houseshare in Salisbury

We are looking for a housemate in a 3 bedroom house in a lovely quiet part of Salisbury but still very close to the town centre (less than 10mins walk).

The room is available on a 1 month rolling contract until 31/July/2015.
Rent is paid at the start of each month and notice period is 2 weeks.
The room is available immediately.

The house is a detached property on Fowlers Road (SP12QU) with a pretty garden, fully furnished lounge, lovely kitchen and 2 bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower). The room is a single with a built in wardrobe and laminate flooring on the first floor.

We are looking for someone who we think we will get along with and will fit into the group dynamics. Currently living in the house are 2 males and 1 female who work full time. We share cooking during the week and are happy for a new housemate participate if they wish.
We keep the house clean and tidy and would expect any housemate to do the same. There is also a cleaner for the communal areas who comes once a week which is included in the price.

Deposit is (£150).

Parking in drive is occasionally available with free on road parking just 5min walk away.
