I am looking for other professionals to lodge. It's my home so it's a tidy well kept house. I am looking to find friendly, easy going professionals, that are looking for a relaxing / homely set up and are beyond the world of student / poor quality housing. The rooms are for individuals only, not for couples. Also there should be no pets in the house.

I bought the house 3 years ago and work as a Building Surveyor, so have had the house properly refitted, with new central heating, rewired, redecorated, updated kitchen etc. The rooms are fully furnished with quality new furniture (see photos). There's a good sized sitting room, dining room with table and tidy garden. The windows are new double glazed, so it's warm, cosy, well presented.

The rent is £550 paid by standing order to house account each month.

The house is really well connected with the main bus stop immediately outside and frequent buses to city centre and district hospital. The train station is a short walk and there's unrestricted parking outside.
