4 Bed detached house in Old Sarum just outside Salisbury in quiet location overlooking playing field. Off-road parking, garden. Last but one in a cul-de-sac so no passing traffic. Lodger's room overlooks the playing field and catches the morning sun. Large bedroom. Double bed. Wireless internet. Large kitchen, utility room with washing machine. Lodger has use of main bathroom. Comfortable lounge, (which I rarely use). Would suit lodger who enjoys occasional company but wants personal space and quiet surroundings.
Most lodgers in the past have been female and I'm happy to give email references.
(Minimum age of 23 posted but I'll always consider students working at Porton Down/DSTL/Boscombe Down)
No smoking in the house but in the garden is fine.
Easy access to fields and green land for walking and fresh air.
A303 Amesbury 15 mins, Southampton 30 mins, London 90 mins. Salisbury train station 3 miles. Bus service every 30 mins to central Salisbury. Bus stop 1 min walk.
