this lovely room has a rear aspect and is very quiet. The sun streams through the three windows in the afternoon and evening. Fully lined curtains and blinds. Two side tables, dressing tables and memory foam new bed. The ensuite has a shower sink loo and electrical point. There are three metres of fitted sliding wardrobes a comfy chair rugs and footstools. Ithere is a five drawer chest kettle and fridge already in the room.

The loccupant will also have a downstairs room with tables and chairs and a large screen smart TV.

Ideally a four/five days per week occupant and the price includes use of the garage .

The garden is small and sunny. we could take a dog or a cat but would need to check compatibility with the terrier

There is a galley kitchen and large fridge with separate shelf and a large cupboard for sole use. The dog is a fox terrier. The house us 2 miles from Waitrose/station and the bus goes evert 15 minutes fare is £2.30 return ing takes 7 to 10 minutes into Salusbury and I have a cycle you can use! Electric and gas included.
