The room has a double bed, triple wardrobe with drawers under, chest drawers and a desk.
The rental includes bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner of the communal areas. There is a £50 administration fee for referencing and no deposit.
There is a shared living room with TV as well as space for a table & chairs. Kitchen has a double oven, hob and microwave. Utility room has a washing machine and drier as well as a loo!
The bathroom is mainly shared with one other and has a shower above the bath. Outside there is a private rear garden with shed suitable for storing a bicycle.
The property is 10 mins level walking distance to the market square, 15mins to the train station and 5 mins walk to Waitrose.
