Beautiful Converted Loft In Friendly Town Hse

If you are looking for something decorated with love and originality then you have come to the right place. I have two well mannered and engaging children (clearly I am biased)and we share our home with one other lodger, Andy. We are respectful and considerate of each others' space but also enjoy each others company and help each other out as much as we can. It is really important that you feel at home as this means there is always a happy atmosphere in the house.

The Loft Conversion (room for rent) is decorated with an antique chest of drawers and a hand painted french wardrobe. There is also a large built-in cupboard fitted with a silk door. The room is also on its own floor and offers privacy from the rest of the house. It also has black out velux blinds that are invaluable in the summer months.


We share our home with 2 black labs, Tiggy and Maddy. They are a bit loopy when you first meet them but quickly revert to their sleepy lives. I have 3 cats and their favorite past time is snoozing - bit of a theme going on here.

The house is quite ordinary on the outside but beautiful inside - love interior decorating and have spent a lot of time, love and money renovating it. Really don't think you will be disappointed! All mod cons and only a short riverside walk to town ctr or Five Rivers Leisure Centre in other direction. It is on a no-through road so relatively quiet.
