There is a patio garden and ample on street parking, never a problem to find a space. The room is 13'7" x 11' (4. 14 x 3. 35). The en suite has a bath with shower attachment, sink and WC.
We all work during the day and have various hobbies, so you never feel on top of each other! I have a Jack Russell.
Looking for somebody who is clean and tidy, enjoys a fun household.
