Parking available. 15 minutes to Salisbury. 10 minutes to Amesbury, Larkhill or Bulford. 5 minutes to Stonehenge and the new Visitor Centre with its interesting museum and facilities. Salisbury and Amesbury are the perfect places for shopping with busy markets, a buzzy arts scene and discovering the historical past of our beautiful county. There are plenty of opportunities for the professional to enjoy life outside their work. The house has five bedrooms and is decorated to a high standard. There is a shared bathroom with shower but the owner has a personal en-suite. Downstairs the large airy hall leads to a kitchen and breakfast room. From there, patio doors lead out to a patio and ample gardens. A utility room houses a separate fridge and freezer for flatmates to store their foodstuffs. Next to the kitchen is a dining room which leads through to the shared living room. You can expect a friendly, helpful household and are welcome to share the main rooms if you wish. You will have use of all the facilities including washing machine, garden and main living rooms downstairs. The successful flatmate will be courteous, respectful, friendly and able to get on with our dog! No smoking allowed in the house - plenty of room in the garden though!
