Small double room available

I have a small double room just off of Okus road in Old Town Swindon available to rent. The room is currently furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers but these can be removed if you have your own furniture.
There isn’t room for a wardrobe inside the room but there is a cupboard just outside the room that you can use a a wardrobe.

My current flatmate has just finished her placement year and is going back to uni so I’m looking for someone tidy and sociable to take her room. I work full time (mostly from home at the moment, so it would be great if you go out to work some days but not a huge issue if you don’t). Rent is £550 month incl all bills (sky tv, wifi, council tax etc).

I have a dog, Stanley, who will stay a couple of nights a week and he’ll be with my parents the rest of the time, so liking dogs is a must!

The room is available from end of May/ start of June.

The flat doesn’t have allocated parking but I always find a space for my car out the front, so you shouldn’t have any issues either.

Unfortunately no pets or smokers please.
