Located in a quiet road in Swindon's Old Town, it's just a short walk to shops, pubs, cinema and restaurants and ten minutes' drive from the M4, J15 or J16. There is a lovely park and there are cycling and jogging trails nearby. The room is fully furnished with double sleigh bed, TV, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe. The en-suite has a brand new shower, a sink and a loo. You are welcome to share everything the house has to offer, including a fully-fitted modern kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with 46 inch HDTV, dining room and downstairs loo and a secluded courtyard garden. There is also a large garage. Would suit non-smokers on contract in Swindon but living elsewhere and looking for somewhere for 3 months or more.
