As of the start of January, I will have a spacious double room available in cricklade road, gorse hill.

Situated off the high street, the flat is within a minutes walk of supermarkets, take aways, bars and the post office, and if within a ten minute walk of the town centre and train station.

The property is comprised of 2 bedrooms (both individually lockable), has a large living room and a kitchen and bathroom. It should also be noted that the property will be re-decorated over the christmas period when my current flat mate moves out. This will see new flooring layed throughout, as well as the flat being re-painted.

The flat is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom, although this can be part furnished if you wish. The price is inclusive of all bills, including wifi and television license. I am a professional and work 7 days a week, so wouldn't be around all the time.
